Raven invites us to look at things with a fresh perspective, and encourages us to access our ingenuity and intuition. Look at the image and you see a raven; turn the image 90 degrees - do you see a rabbit? 

Find a space of quiet in yourself and attune to your breath and other body sensations for a few minutes.

  • What are you currently feeling challenged by that might be helpfully stirred or shaken by taking a wildly different perspective?

  • Sit awhile in this metaphorical ‘raven’ perspective.

  • What insights are here for you?

Note - Be mindful of not rushing to adopt wholesale or reject this different perspective. Instead, can you find a way to have it be alongside your well worn perspective and notice how these perspectives brush up alongside/against/with each other? What additional insights do you find in your noticing?
