THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. WE MUST SLOW DOWN.

Leaders tell us that coming together with others to reflect, inquire and formulate and review action experiments, supports them to (re)gain perspective, (re)access their creative capacities, (re)claim their agency and (re)invigorate their commitment to courageous acts of spirited leadership.

The essence of our work remains the same, wherever we gather.

In Nature

Hazel Hill Wood, near Salisbury in the UK, offers a special container for deep inner reflection and precious in-person community connection, supporting our outerworld work. Nature serves us, both as a conscience and a generous, nourishing source of inspiration. Our in nature programmes are our most immersive.

Online

Being able to connect so readily with like-minded, like-hearted souls around the world is a remarkable gift and has its own special power. We offer ‘open’, pop-up community sessions - allowing people to dip their toes into the Leading Through Storms water - and ‘closed’ programmes which support a deeper dive into the work, sustained over time by the strength of community that is able to develop.

In Organisations

If your organisation - or, indeed, sector - has gathering energy to explore both what adaptations are required to face into the climate, ecological and related crises, and how you might collectively and individually find an amplified response, we can support you.

With long histories of in-organisation working, we are practised at exploring dilemmas that span organisational purpose, product and service line choice, innovation, cultural dynamics, and stakeholder engagement.

We know convening actors across functions, organisations, and wider systems strengthens the inquiry and action needed to effect transformative change.

We warmly invite you to book a call with us, to discuss whatever is bubbling and explore how we might support you.
