THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. WE MUST SLOW DOWN.
Leaders tell us that coming together with others to reflect, inquire and formulate and review action experiments, supports them to (re)gain perspective, (re)access their creative capacities, (re)claim their agency and (re)invigorate their commitment to courageous acts of spirited leadership.
The essence of our work remains the same, wherever we gather.
In organisations
If you have gathering energy to figure out your best adaptive organisational responses during these crisis-strewn times, we can support you.
With a special interest in convening actors across functions, organisations, and wider systems we support deeper inquiry into complex, uncertain action dilemmas. As a result of spending time with us, leaders and their teams report feeling greater preparedness to step forward meaningfully, together, in support of much needed transformation.
If you would like a no obligation conversation to explore whatever is bubbling for you and learn more about how we might support you and your organisation, please book a call.
During 2025 we had the pleasure and privilege of working alongside a variety of leaders, online, in person and in Nature. Here’s what two of our clients said:
“You’ve pushed us further than we’d ever have got without you. Internal and external stakeholder feedback across the sessions has been consistently positive. Using Three Horizons in the way that you offered, bringing in all of the potentially conflicting voices was very constructive. From this, really helpful challenges and provocations emerged, rather than simply familiar blockers. This has proven to be so important subsequently and has provided us with a tangible way forward. Working with you at design, preparation, delivery and review phases has significantly influenced how much better we now work on this programme. You have supported our leadership and organisational development at the same time as mapping out a shared strategy. Invaluable. Thank you.”
Dr Pete Henrys, UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology
“We really appreciated how you combined the Three Horizons technology and your Four Pathways to Spirited Leadership framework. You pulled in a wide range of voices to create really imaginative and grounded possibilities, and drew out the wide variety of participants’ own deeply-felt relationships with the nature-centric housing conundrum. It was clear that for some this was also a personally transformative workshop and we're grateful for your important role in achieving that."

Online
Being able to connect so readily with like-minded, like-hearted souls around the world is a remarkable gift and has its own special power. We offer ‘open’, pop-up community sessions - allowing people to dip their toes into the Leading Through Storms water - and ‘closed’ programmes which support a deeper dive into the work, sustained over time by the strength of community that is able to develop.
