Humble stance of not knowing

The Real Work

It may be that when we no longer know what to do
we have come to our real work,
and that when we no longer know which way to go
we have come to our real journey.
The mind that is not baffled is not employed.
The impeded stream is the one that sings.

by Wendell Berry

This poem begins with “It may be that… “.

How is it to contemplate this humble stance of not knowing?

How might the humility of ‘not knowing’ enrich and enliven your leadership?

How is it to let the final line fully into your contemplation of courageously humble leadership?
